How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you ordered a custom-built complete, please allow an additional 24 hours for our shop pros to assemble and grip your deck.
What is your return policy on decks and hardware?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original shrink wrap and have not been skated. Once a deck is gripped or assembled, it cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Anchors Skateshop ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
Are the skate shoes on your site authentic?
Absolutely. We are an authorized retailer for all brands we carry, including Nike SB, Vans, and Last Resort AB, ensuring 100% authenticity on every pair.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly to get you back on your board. If you need to change or cancel, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free installment plans through Shop Pay.
