At Anchors Skateshop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment and apparel in its original packaging. Please note that assembled custom complete skateboards and used decks are not eligible for return due to safety and resale standards.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in brand-new condition, unridden, and include all original tags and shrink-wrap.
Initiate Request
Email our support team with your order number and photos of the gear to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our warehouse.
Receive Refund
Once our shop technicians inspect and approve the returns, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
